途中の行を打ち間違えました。直せますか？
はい。テープ上の直したい行をタップすると、その行の値や演算子を編集できます。確定すると、その行から下がまるごと自動で計算し直され、合計も更新されます。変わった行は一時的にハイライトされます。行の挿入・並べ替え・削除も同様に、以降が再計算されます。操作を間違えた場合は、Undo（元に戻す）で直前の操作をまとめて戻せます。
各行の合計と、電卓で普通に計算した値が合いません。
Denchoは各行の結果を、シートの設定（丸めモード×小数桁）で丸めて表示し、丸めた値を次の行の入力として使います。そのため割り算を含む計算では、丸めた各行の積み上げと、丸めない理論値がズレることがあります。たとえば小数桁0・四捨五入なら 1000÷3 は行結果333、続く ×3 は999になります。これは「帳簿の各行は実在する金額である」ための正しい挙動です。丸め方や小数桁は、シートごとに設定から変更できます。
%や税込・税抜の計算はどうなっていますか？
%は事務電卓方式です。走行結果に対し +8% は ×1.08（1000→1080）、−8% は ×0.92（1000→920）、×8% は ×0.08（1000→80）、÷8% は ÷0.08（1000→12500）です。税込化は走行結果に税率を掛けて丸めた行を追加し、税抜化は税込値から本体と税額を割り戻します（例：税込1,100の税抜(10%)は本体1,000・税100、税込108の税抜(8%)は本体100・税8）。税率は既定10%で、シートごとに変更できます。
無料でどこまで使えますか？Proにすると何が変わりますか？
テープ電卓の機能（入力・編集・以降の自動再計算・注釈・丸め・税計算・合計・Undo）はすべて無料で、保存できるシートは2つまでです。買い切りのDencho Pro（¥800）にすると、シートが無制限になり、ウィジェット・シートの共有（テキスト書き出し）が使えるようになります。月額のサブスクリプションはありません。
Proを買ったのに反映されません／機種変更で復元したい。
まずはアプリを再起動し、「設定」から「購入を復元」をタップしてください。購入時と同じApple Accountでサインインしていることをご確認ください。Apple側の決済処理に時間がかかる場合があります。しばらく待っても反映されない場合は、下記までご連絡ください。二重請求が疑われる場合は、Appleのreportaproblem.apple.comからもご確認いただけます。
返金してほしいのですが。
決済・返金の手続きはすべてAppleが取り扱っており、当方側で直接返金することはできません。Appleのreportaproblem.apple.comから返金をお申し出ください。なお、返金などでProが失効しても、作成済みのシートはすべて残り、引き続き閲覧できます（3つ目以降の編集・新規作成のみ停止します）。
サブスクリプションではないのですか？
はい、Denchoにサブスクリプションはありません。Dencho Pro（¥800）は買い切りで、以後の自動更新や追加請求は一切発生しません。
シートはどこに保存されますか？外部に送られますか？
シートはすべてお使いの端末内にだけ保存されます。アプリは通信を一切行いません（購入処理のためのAppleのStoreKitを除く）。当方はサーバーを持たず、アプリの利用データや計算内容を一切収集しません。アプリを削除すると、ローカルのシートは失われます。大切なシートは、Proの共有機能でテキストとして書き出して保管することをおすすめします。

I mistyped a line in the middle. Can I fix it?
Yes. Tap the line you want to fix on the tape and edit its value or operator. When you confirm, every line below it is recomputed automatically and the total updates. Changed lines briefly highlight. Inserting, reordering, and deleting lines recompute the same way. If you make a mistake, Undo rolls the whole last action back at once.
The sum of the lines doesn't match a plain calculator.
Dencho rounds each line's result per the sheet's settings (rounding mode × decimal places) and uses the rounded value as the next line's input. So a calculation with division can make the stacked rounded lines differ from the un-rounded theoretical value. For example, at 0 decimals with round-half-up, 1000÷3 gives a line result of 333, and a following ×3 gives 999. This is the correct behavior for a ledger, where every line is a real, existing amount. You can change the rounding mode and decimal places per sheet in Settings.
How do % and tax calculations work?
Percentages follow business-calculator conventions: on a running result, +8% is ×1.08 (1000→1080), −8% is ×0.92 (1000→920), ×8% is ×0.08 (1000→80), and ÷8% is ÷0.08 (1000→12500). "Add tax" appends a line of the running result multiplied by the rate and rounded; "remove tax" splits a tax-included value back into base and tax (e.g. removing 10% from 1,100 gives base 1,000, tax 100; removing 8% from 108 gives base 100, tax 8). The rate defaults to 10% and is set per sheet.
How much is free, and what does Pro change?
The whole tape calculator (entry, editing, automatic recompute, notes, rounding, tax, totals, Undo) is free, and you can save up to 2 sheets. The one-time Dencho Pro (¥800) makes sheets unlimited and unlocks widgets and sheet sharing (text export). There is no subscription.
I bought Pro but it isn't showing / I want to restore it on a new device.
First, restart the app and tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple's payment processing can occasionally take a moment. If it still doesn't show, contact us below. If you suspect a double charge, you can also check at Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can I get a refund?
All billing and refunds are handled by Apple; we cannot issue refunds directly. Request one at Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com. Note that even if Pro lapses after a refund, all sheets you created remain and stay readable — only editing and creating beyond the third sheet pauses.
Is this a subscription?
No, Dencho has no subscription. Dencho Pro (¥800) is a one-time purchase, with no auto-renewal and no further charge afterward.
Where are my sheets stored? Does anything leave my device?
All sheets are stored only on your device. The app makes no network calls at all (except Apple's StoreKit for purchases). We operate no server and collect no usage data or calculation content. If you delete the app, your local sheets are lost. For sheets that matter, export them as text with the Pro sharing feature to keep a copy.
