利用規約（EULA）
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、お客様と「Dencho」（以下「本アプリ」）の開発者（以下「当方」）との間のエンドユーザーライセンス契約（EULA）です。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約はAppleの標準EULA（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）を基礎としており、本規約に定めのない事項についてはAppleの標準EULAが適用されます。
1. ライセンス
当方は、App Store利用規約で認められる範囲において、お客様が所有または管理するApple製デバイス上で本アプリを使用するための、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不能・取消可能なライセンスをお客様に付与します。法令で認められる場合を除き、本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布、転売はできません。
2. 計算結果に関する重要な免責
本アプリは計算メモ用途のテープ電卓であり、法定帳簿・電子帳簿保存法への対応を保証するものではありません。アプリ内で「帳簿」「シート」といった語を用いる場合がありますが、これはテープ（計算過程）が順に残っていく様子のたとえであり、会計・税・帳簿に関する制度上の要件を満たすことを意味するものではありません。計算結果は必ずご自身でご確認のうえご利用ください。
本アプリは、内部演算をDecimal（十進）の完全精度で行い、各行の結果を設定に応じて丸めて表示します。丸めの仕様上、割り算を含む計算では「丸めた各行の合計」と「丸めずに計算した理論値」が一致しないことがあります（これは帳簿的に各行が実在する金額であるための正しい挙動です）。本アプリの出力を業務・申告その他の目的に用いる場合は、最終的な数値をお客様ご自身の責任でご確認ください。
3. 課金・購入
- 本アプリは、AppleのApp Storeを通じて、非消耗型（買い切り）の「Dencho Pro」（¥800）を提供します。サブスクリプション（自動更新）は提供していません。価格は購入前にアプリ内に表示されます。
- 無料でできること: テープ電卓の機能（入力・編集・以降の自動再計算・注釈・丸め・税計算・合計表示・Undo）はすべて無料でご利用いただけます。保存できるシートは2つまでです。
- Proでできること: シートの保存数が無制限になり、ウィジェット・シートの共有（テキスト書き出し）が利用可能になります。
- Proが失効した場合の取り扱い: 返金、ファミリー共有の解除その他の理由でProが失効した場合でも、作成済みのシートはすべて保持され、引き続き閲覧できます。3つ目以降のシートについては、新規作成と編集のみが停止し、データが削除されることはありません。共有・ウィジェットは停止します。再度購入（または購入の復元）を行うと、これらの機能は即座に復帰します。
- 返金について: 決済および返金の手続きはすべてAppleが取り扱い、当方独自のポリシーはなく、Appleのポリシーに従います。当方側で返金を行うことはできません。返金のお申し出はAppleのreportaproblem.apple.comから行ってください。
- 復元について: 機種変更や再インストールの際は、「設定」から「購入を復元」を行うことで、Proの権利を復元できます。
4. プライバシー
本アプリは利用データを含むいかなるデータも収集しません。計算やシートの内容はすべて端末内に保存され、アプリは通信を一切行いません（Appleの購入処理を除く）。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
5. 保証の否認
本アプリは「現状有姿（AS IS）」かつ「提供可能な状態（AS AVAILABLE）」で提供され、商品性、特定目的への適合性、権利非侵害の黙示的保証を含め、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。本アプリが中断なくエラーなく動作すること、および特定の制度・様式・業務上の要件に適合することを、当方は保証しません。
6. 責任の制限
適用法令が許容する最大限の範囲で、当方は、間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害、結果的損害、懲罰的損害その他本アプリの使用または使用不能（計算値の誤り・データの消失を含みますがこれらに限りません）から生じる損失について、責任を負いません。当方の責任の総額は、請求に先立つ12か月間にお客様が本アプリに対して支払った金額を上限とします。ただし、消費者契約法その他の強行法規により制限できない責任については、この限りではありません。
7. 本アプリおよび本規約の変更
当方は、本アプリおよび本規約を随時更新することがあります。重要な変更は、本ページに掲載し、制定日（改定日）を更新することでお知らせします。変更後に本アプリの使用を継続した場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。
8. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。本規約に関する紛争については、消費者保護に関する強行法規の定めがある場合を除き、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
9. Appleが第三受益者であること
AppleおよびAppleの子会社は本規約の第三受益者であり、本規約を執行する権利を有することにお客様は同意します。Appleは本アプリに関する保守・サポートを提供する義務を負いません。サポートは当方が提供します（下記参照）。

Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an end user license agreement (EULA) between you and the developer of Dencho ("Dencho," "the app," "we," "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are based on, and incorporate the protections of, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where these Terms are silent, Apple's standard EULA applies.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dencho on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the app except as permitted by law.
2. Important Disclaimer Regarding Results
Dencho is a calculation-notes tape calculator. It does not guarantee compliance with statutory bookkeeping or Japan's Electronic Books Preservation Act. Words like "ledger" and "sheet" used in the app are analogies for how the tape (the sequence of calculations) is kept, line by line; they do not imply that the app satisfies any regulatory requirement for tax, accounting, or bookkeeping. Always verify results yourself before relying on them.
The app performs internal math in full-precision Decimal and displays each line's result rounded per your settings. Because of rounding, a calculation involving division may make "the sum of the rounded lines" differ from "the theoretical value computed without rounding" — this is the ledger-correct behavior, so that every line is a real, existing amount. If you use the app's output for business, filing, or other purposes, confirm the final figures yourself.
3. Purchases
- Through Apple's App Store, the app offers a single non-consumable (one-time) product, "Dencho Pro" (¥800). There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. The price is shown in the app before purchase.
- Free: The full tape calculator (entry, editing, automatic recompute of following lines, notes, rounding, tax, running total, Undo) is entirely free. You can save up to 2 sheets.
- Pro: Removes the sheet limit (unlimited sheets) and unlocks widgets and sheet sharing (text export).
- If Pro lapses: If Pro lapses for any reason (a refund, leaving Family Sharing, etc.), all sheets you have created are kept and remain viewable. For the third and later sheets, only creating and editing pause — no data is deleted. Sharing and widgets stop. Purchasing again (or restoring your purchase) restores these features instantly.
- Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled by Apple, according to Apple's own policy — we have no separate refund policy and cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restoring your purchase: When you switch devices or reinstall, use "Restore Purchases" in Settings to restore your Pro entitlement.
4. Privacy
Dencho collects no data, including no usage data. Your calculations and sheets are stored entirely on-device, and the app makes no network calls (except Apple's purchase processing). See the Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet any particular regulatory, formatting, or business requirement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from use of or inability to use the app — including, without limitation, calculation errors or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the Japanese Consumer Contract Act.
7. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
9. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app; support is provided by us (see below).
